Our flagship Program, Illume Fellowship- High Ventures Program, is an 8-week, cohort-based program, designed to bring talented and curious graduates to develop the skills, tools and mindset required to work in high growth ventures such as startups, scaleups and innovative organisations. You will have the opportunity to intern at our partner companies who are at the forefront of innovation
Our unique experiential learning is a blend of entrepreneurship, innovation and impact that sits across any discipline and prepares graduates for the future of work.
You also receive mentorship and peer to peer support and become part of Illume community, which is about learning, progressing and making a difference.
